During the class we spend time conditioning and stretching before we get into the technical aspects of the jogo (game). At the end of every class we focus on the musical and historical aspects of Capoeira. All levels are welcome at every class but be aware the we set aside time for beginners specifically on Mondays.
If you have played Capoeira before we believe that you will find every class different and challenging. If you have never played Capoeira don't worry, we take special time for beginners. Just come to a Monday class in something you can move around in, the first few Monday classes are free.
Newbie Classes are on Mondays and Fridays. If you have never played Capoeira before this is the free class you need to attend. We will focus on grass roots basics and give you the tools you will need to be able to jump into the regular classes and be able to hang.
